However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact contact.akhiro@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Every order is packed securely and inspected before shipment to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping

All orders are processed and prepared by hand within 3–5 business days after purchase.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

We currently ship through USPS First Class Mail.

  • International Orders: 2–4 weeks depending on location

Every item is packaged securely in a black envelope with wax seal and protective sleeve to ensure safe arrival.

Manufacturing

All items are designed, prepared, and assembled in-house by Akhiro.

Each collectible is printed on premium satin cardstock or HD gloss photofilm, then hand-finished — including signature application, wax sealing, and fragrance infusion.

Production is limited to small batches to maintain quality.

Minor variations in texture, tone, or finish are normal and part of the handmade process.

Estimated preparation time: 3–5 business days before shipment.
